For nearly two decades, The Main Ingredient has been known for its distinctive charm for serving up the freshest food sourced from local farms and waters. They are an environmentally conscious business that strives to adhere to “greener” standards by reducing and recycling waste, purchasing recycled paper products, and purchasing organic ingredients.
